Host tournaments in southamerica

As you will notice around the 90% of the teams participating in the automatic and qualifier tournaments are from south america.
It would really help us all if these tournaments were in any of the SA regions (Peru, Chile or Brazil) or there were SA dedicated tourneys.
But not even 1 of the options...
Please address this issue.

Yeah, please add more tournaments in other regions than north america too! I am living in Europe, but I only see tournaments for North Americans :( Or can I join into North American tournaments as a European union member?
