How can we improve FirstBlood?

before putting items in the prize pool of weekly ladder, please be sure that you can give the prize 1-2 days after the ladder ends. for that to happen please be sure that the account that holds the items has a mobile authenticator so the item will not be held for 15days. people playing in the ladder is giving their 100% best to achieve a rank, so please don't make them wait for 15-20 days for their prizes. take note: ladder is played for 1 week but they will get their prizes for 2-3 weeks

As you will notice around the 90% of the teams participating in the automatic and qualifier tournaments are from south america. It would really help us all if these tournaments were in any of the SA regions (Peru, Chile or Brazil) or there were SA dedicated tourneys. But not even 1 of the options... Please address this issue.
