Punishment should be more severe but well explained. 100% against bot punishing system . Accused should be warned and supervised , if seen cheating then shutdown. if seen breaking rules .. then direct to rules second time strike - third time shut'em down. System to reward rightful reports (small reward) so that people will supervise themselves. Play/player of the week rewarded. Rewards shouldnot have things that changes value drastically when unbundled.
